Getting Started: Intro to Myself

2:22 AM

Hello!

School has officially started again for me. This time of the year usually throws me into crisis.

This summer was such a bummer in all honesty. I totally did not get rid of my flabby fat rolls, drink about half my weight's amount of water, sleep regularly, etc; the list could go on and on, embarrassingly. In fact, the only thing I pretty much changed about my routine was my eating style-- this girl is now a pescetarian! That sounds fancy-schmancy, but it pretty much means that I am a vegetarian + seafood eater. Why would I give up yummy land-animal meat? Well, as a pubescent teenager, my acne literally flares up so unexpectedly every week, so I did the natural thing that everybody pretty much does now. O yes, self-diagnosis! I read into many different lifestyles: veganism, vegetarianism, paleodiets, etc. Now keep in mind that I come from an Asian household where the norm is to eat everything the parent cooks without complaining, so of course I couldn't be a vegan or full on vegetarian! My parents would never allow me to selfishly abandon the food they cooked so that I would make my own. Never again will I relive the days of wooden-duster spankings *shudder.*

Well carrying on from the pescetarian topic (I'm not a pro, but I'll probably do another post about how well it's working out for me), I'm going to start introducing myself right now. I know that most people would do an intro at the very beginning, but you know what? Be different. It feels great. Okay, so I am currently a Junior at a college prep high school (not telling you stalkers where until later), and totally enjoying life. Well, not totally, but I guess it's close to totally. I hope I don't dread next week too much... but then again, hearing that I have 2 tests for APUSH and Pre-Calc can't be associated with anything else but dread. Okay okay, I should probably tell you what I am like. Well, I'm a Chinese girl that loves puns, animals, kpop, anime (pretty much all stereotypical Asian things), and writing. Look forward to my stupid posts, y'all.

It's 2:18 a.m. right now and I'm feeling as dead as the gut-splattering fly across from me (you best believe I Jackie Chan'ed it), so I'mma call it a night. Farewell, lovely internet readers who probably won't read this. May your day/night be exuberant!
